Terms and Conditions of 35m4 — Clear Rules for Betting with Confidence

1Acceptance of Terms

Use of the platform 35m4 is subject to full and unrestricted acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy and the guidelines of Responsible Gambling. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between you and 35m4.

Acceptance takes place at the time of registration — by clicking "Create Account" and confirming your email, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms described here. Acceptance also occurs implicitly through continued use of the platform following any published update.

2Registration & Eligibility

To use the services of 35m4, you must meet all of the eligibility criteria below:

• Having a valid, individual CPF — each CPF may be linked to only one account at 35m4.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information on the registration form.
• Not be included on any national or sector-specific self-exclusion list for gambling.

Each user may hold only one active account at 35m4. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same CPF, email, or banking details — is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate closure of all accounts involved, with possible retention of balances pending verification.

35m4 reserves the right to decline any registration without being required to justify its decision, particularly where inconsistencies are found in the information provided.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

The 35m4 requires identity verification (a process known as KYC — "Know Your Customer") as a mandatory condition for processing the first withdrawal and fully unlocking the account. Verification may be requested at any time by the compliance team.

Accepted documents for verification include:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or valid passport).
• CPF — can be validated directly by the system against the Receita Federal database.
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days (utility bill for water, electricity, gas, or phone, or a bank statement).
• Selfie holding your ID document, when requested by the 35m4 security team.

The review period for submitted documents is up to 48 business hours. During this period, bets may be placed normally, but withdrawals are on hold until verification is complete. Illegible or incomplete documents will be rejected and a new submission will be required.

4Deposits

The 35m4 accepts the following deposit methods for users in Brazil:

All deposits must be made in the name of the account holder. Deposits made by third parties — including family members — will be returned in full and may result in an account review. 35m4 does not charge fees on deposits.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals on 35m4 may be requested at any time provided the account is verified (KYC complete) and the available balance exceeds the minimum withdrawal amount. The general rules are:

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 20.00 via any method.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used to credit your balance. Pix is the default withdrawal method at 35m4.
• Pix withdrawals are processed on average within 9 seconds, 24 hours a day, including weekends and national holidays.
• TED withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests submitted by 5 PM (Brasília time).
• The Pix key used for withdrawals must be registered to a bank account in the name of the 35m4 account holder.

The daily withdrawal limit varies by VIP level: R$ 20,000.00 (Bronze), R$ 30,000.00 (Silver), R$ 50,000.00 (Gold), and unlimited (Diamond). Withdrawals above the standard limit for non-VIP accounts require manual review and may take up to 24 business hours.

The 35m4 does not charge fees on withdrawals. If a bonus balance is subject to a pending rollover, only the free balance (with no wagering requirement) may be withdrawn. Bonus funds under an active rollover period are not available for withdrawal until all requirements have been fully met.

6Bonuses & Promotions

The 35m4 offers bonuses and promotions periodically. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which always take precedence over the general rules in this section in the event of a conflict. General rules applicable to all bonuses:

• Each bonus may be claimed only once per user, CPF, address, device, or IP.
• Deposit bonuses carry a rollover requirement — the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit, as specified) must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bets placed on markets with odds lower than 1.50 generally do not count toward rollover completion, unless stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Cancelled, refunded, or voided bets do not count toward the rollover.
• The bonus validity period starts from the moment the bonus is credited. Unused bonuses that expire within the validity period are automatically cancelled.
• 35m4 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse, irregular use, or manipulation of the promotions system is suspected.

The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 is valid for each user's first deposit only. The standard rollover is 5× the bonus amount on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.60. The fulfillment period is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited.

The weekly cashback from the VIP Program is credited as real balance with no rollover — this specific benefit does not fall under the general bonus rules above and may be withdrawn immediately.

7Sports Betting

Sports Betting on 35m4 follow the general rules below, unless otherwise specified in the rules for each individual sport:

• Every bet confirmed and accepted by the system is binding — it cannot be cancelled or changed by the user after confirmation.
• 35m4 reserves the right to correct odds that were published with an obvious error (typo, technical fault) before the bet is confirmed.
• Bets on cancelled or postponed events (by more than 24 hours) are refunded in full to the user as free balance.
• For events interrupted before the minimum regulation time, 35m4 applies the "result standing at the time of interruption" rule for markets already settled, and refunds bets on markets that could not yet be resolved.
• Live bets are accepted subject to market availability — 35m4 may temporarily suspend the live market during critical moments (goal, red card, injury, VAR review) without prior notice.
• The maximum win limit per individual bet is set by VIP level. Bets exceeding the standard maximum limit require confirmation from the 35m4 trading team.

For football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other competitions), the standard rule is 90 minutes plus added time. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included in main markets unless explicitly stated in the bet description on 35m4.

For MMA and UFC, bets are settled based on the official result announced by the referee at the end of the fight, including technical decisions. Results later changed by an athletic commission ruling are settled according to the result in effect at the time the fight concluded.

8Live Casino & Slots

The casino games at 35m4 — including live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, slots, crash games, and game shows — operate under the following rules:

• Automated games (slots, crash games, virtual table games) use an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by independent auditors. Results are unbiased and cannot be manipulated by the platform or the user.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time by live dealers in a studio. The final result of each round is definitive and cannot be disputed based on interpretation of the dealer's actions.
• In the event of a technical failure during a round — loss of stream, software error — the round is voided and the staked amount is returned to the user. If the round was completed on the server before the display failure, the server result stands.
• The 35m4 reserves the right to suspend or remove specific games from its library at any time, with at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 35m4 and may result in account suspension or permanent closure, balance retention, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on 35m4 using the same CPF, banking details, or device.
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to place bets automatically.
• Exploiting odds errors or technical bugs to gain an unfair advantage — commonly known as abusive "arbing" or coordinated "bonus hunting" across multiple accounts.
• Sharing your login credentials with third parties or allowing another person to use your account.
• Attempting to access the platform on behalf of anyone under 18.
• Placing bets based on privileged information about the outcome of an event — match-fixing or use of non-public data.

The 35m4 uses automated systems to detect suspicious patterns and may request additional documentation at any time. Refusing to provide the requested documents may result in withdrawal restrictions until the matter is resolved.

10Account Closure

Users may request account closure at 35m4 at any time by contacting support at suporte@35m4.net. Before closure, any pending withdrawals are processed and unused bonuses are cancelled.

The 35m4 may unilaterally close or suspend an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any item in these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• Request by the user themselves for self-exclusion.
• Extended account inactivity for more than 24 months with no access.
• Court order, regulatory ruling, or directive from a competent authority.

In the event of closure due to a Terms violation, any bonus balance is cancelled. Unused deposited funds are returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, provided there is no evidence of fraudulent conduct.

11Responsible Gambling

13Limitation of Liability

35m4 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions.

• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third parties — banks, card operators, or payment processors.
• Unauthorized access to the user's account due to a security failure on the user's end (weak password, credential sharing, phishing).

The maximum liability of 35m4 to any user, under any circumstance, is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

14Data Protection and LGPD

Emergency changes — prompted by regulatory requirements, court orders, or security concerns — may take effect immediately, with simultaneous notice to users. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes tacit acceptance of the new Terms.

The most current version of these Terms is always the one displayed on this page, with the date of the last update shown. We recommend reviewing this document periodically to stay informed of any changes to 35m4's rules.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent court in the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
